Small Fleet Trucking Company Setup Service

Launching several trucks with hired drivers? Fleet Launch adds defined driver-file, safety-policy, maintenance, training, and review work to the launch package. Confirm the vehicle and driver counts before choosing it.

One-time service fee. Agency, insurance, equipment, and vendor costs are separate. Private service—not FMCSA.

Who this service fits

New carriers planning 4–10 trucks or hired-driver operations that fit the written Fleet Launch scope, including its limit of up to ten driver qualification files.

Pause before purchasing if…

Larger fleets, specialized or established-carrier remediation, or buyers expecting unlimited driver files, outsourced daily safety management, payroll processing, or guaranteed audit outcomes.

Existing or revoked authority, transfers, specialized cargo, and uncertain registration paths require confirmation. Do not assume a standard new-carrier package covers them.

Resolve these facts before spending

  1. Inventory drivers separately from trucks

List the planned drivers, their roles and qualifications, and the actual vehicle count. Ten trucks does not automatically mean ten drivers, and the package driver-file limit is not an unlimited staffing promise.

  2. Assign an operating owner for each program

Name who maintains qualification records, dispatch and hours-of-service oversight, drug and alcohol processes where applicable, maintenance records, renewals, and supervisor follow-through after setup.

  3. Confirm the support periods and vendor boundaries

Review the launch-manager window, quarterly-review scope, driver-file limit, and training coordination before paying. Vendor contracts, insurance premiums, payroll, equipment, and taxes are separate from the service fee.

Concrete work. Visible boundaries.

Your handoff into the service

Use a driver-and-vehicle roster with one consistent entity identity, insurer profile, and document owner. Staged vehicle additions and staffing changes should be scoped before they become new filing or vendor obligations.

Completed entity or federal records are reviewed before new work. No duplicate filing, automatic discount, or transfer of prior vendor payments is promised.

What stays with the owner

You provide accurate business, address, equipment, driver, and cargo facts; keep account access; personally complete required identity verification; authorize submissions and contracts; and pay separate costs.

A licensed agency arranges insurance. Agencies grant registrations and authority. You maintain records, renewals, safe equipment, qualified drivers, taxes, and compliant daily operations after setup.
